THE CABIN

This 2 bedroom private cottage is a charming and comfortable location for your next getaway. Located 5 min north of Parry Sound in the village of Nobel, this property is on a point of land on Portage Lake. The southern exposure provides full sun on the 260 ft Georgian Bay style shoreline. There is boat access to Mill Lake and a public boat launch close by off of Highway #124.

The Cabin has one double bed and a set of single bunks in the bedrooms. There is also a futon to sleep 2 in the living room. There is a maximum of six guests and certain pets will be allowed.

PRICING

The Cabin is set up for convenient year round use. Pricing varies upon the time of year, number of guests and length of stay. Prices range from 225.00-350.00 for a weekend and 825.00- 1495.00 per week. Prices are in Canadian funds and the security deposit of 30% is not included.
